4x3 Sanding & Polishing Pads in 9 Colors/Grits for Pen Turners and Crafts Making

9 Colorful, long-lasting, double-sided approximately 4"x3" foam super fine, wet/dry, sanding/polishing pads. Use to put a polished sheen on wood and works equally well when used wet on acrylics or other materials.  Excellent value!  These pads are about 300% larger than others at this price.  You can cut them with scissors to make several smaller pads if needed for your craft making purposes.
The pads are color-coded to indicate 9 different grits, 1500, 1800, 2400, 3200, 3600, 4000, 6000, 8000, 12000.
Especially useful for pen turners to get a finely polished surface on pen barrels when producing high quality pens. See my listings for pen kits.  Other craft makers that need a smooth polished surface will also find these useful.
Start by sanding a surface to 180-300 or higher grit using sand paper and then use these pads to remove scratches and improve the smoothness of the surface, moving from the 1500 grit pad through all the grits to 12000, producing an ever more polished surface.
