These are tiny starfish they are sold by quantity plus extra added to every bag. These are not man made and we do not have control over what mother nature provides we do not do requests or gaurantee any sizes except that they will be around to under 1" as we buy them.

we do not mail free replacements for broken or damaged starfish! This is the nature of this species starfish and fragileness of the items being sold we are not going to wrap each starfish. We bulk bag pack them and pack them in packing peanuts in a new box. These items are bulk bag packed pulled from a box of 5000 to 20,000 pieces depending on the size starfish and sand dollars you are buying and we bag them to the lot size listed in our ad above. This is how buy them and how we sell them! if you are not willing to except that you will have damage or missing points. Then do not buy our item. we do not consider a starfish missing a small piece of a point or 2 useless and we have thousands of crafters that buy these starfish on and off ebay. we pull the worst of them out when being bagged in the lot size listed above and we always add extra to every bag we pack as the ad has always stated.
