IF you love the CC Town Series...this is the best deal!!  22 boxes all together.  8 ARE OPENED/USED.  14 ARE NEW.  Played with once...then put back in the boxes.  Elegant Manor, Tram trolley, 3 Restaurants!, Flower Shop, tables, 2 Gelato Shops, OOODLES of table sets, TONS of Calico Critters figures.  I have some figures that are inside the plastic bags that I bought as extra.  THE LAST PHOTO SHOWS YOU WHAT IS INSIDE THE BAGS...SO PLEASE LOOK, BECAUSE 2 PINK CHECKED CRITTERS AND GREEN OVERALL CRITTER NOT INCLUDED.  Inside the bags, are some of the pieces from the opened boxes!!  I am an adult collector, I was gonna set this up on display.  I couldn't resist when my nieces and nephews came over, so I opened 8 of the boxes to let them play.  ( We had a blast, BTW!!!)  Everything else is still new, unopened in the boxes.  A few of the opened are missing just a couple small pieces.  I have decided to continue my wood dollhouse hobby instead.  This this is a superb deal!!  Please email any questions!!  Will ship out UPS!!  I will not take a chance with the US Postal Service...which as we all know is running on "Horse and Buggy" schedule!!  Sorry about shipping...but the size of the boxes is huge!  Will be shipped out in 2 boxes, I think.
