German Porcelain Collector Plate Kittens Playing with Bubbles at Old Water Pump

Please read all the information below in red also!  8" diameter porcelain collector plates of 6 kittens or cats playing with bubbles at the base of an old water pump. c. 1993 I'm assuming the plate was made in Germany since all wording on the back appears to be in German. I can make out the artist is Christian Seltmann Weiden I believe. Plate #B1795. Bradex# 22-C32-6.11. Wire hanger on back to display. No cracks or chips. Please see photos for wording on back of plate if you can read German!
