    Description

    Stravecchio parmesan cheese purchased by owner in 1981 in Parma, Italy. Intact, uncut, no mold, wax covering intact. Would be a great display piece in a wine or cheese store window, as this could be one of the oldest wheel's of this type in existence. I may no guarantees about how the cheese would taste after so many years, but there is no expiration date on cheese wheels to my knowledge and it could be very good.
