I just purchased this PAIR of vintage Sabino Glass knife rests from a local estate here in Central Virginia. The rests bear the embossed / molded "Sabino France" script signature. The pieces have a striking Art Deco inspired design with a stylized butterfly perched on the end. The rests are done in Sabino's lush opalescent glass which fluoresces brightly under UV / Black light. The pieces measure 3 5/8" long, 1 3/4" high and 1" deep. BOTH are in excellent condition with no damage. This charming PAIR would make a fun addition to your collection of vintage Sabino art glass, Art Deco decorative arts or Figural knife rests.
