Verart (Sabino) Art Deco Rimmed Bowl from Family Estate.
Molded signature 'Verart Paris-France'. Verart was a company taken over by Sabino.
This is a very large 12 inch diameter  Verart Opalescent Rimmed Glass Swallow Bowl.  There are six swallows on the rim of the bowl and two swallows in flight molded in relief on the bottom of the bowl. The swallows are spreading their wings or are in flight. This Bowl is from my family Estate and was given to my Mother by her Brother who brought it back from Germany at the end of his military service in World War II. It has been in my family since 1945. We guess that the bowl was designed in the 1930's. The bowl is in very good overall condition with age appropriate minor blemishes. Please see all photos as they are part of the item's description.
