Hello!
I am an adult collector and am parting with my extra and duplicate Sylvanian Families items.
The items are new and have not been used or played with.  However, I am marking these as used because they are not in their original packaging.  The capsules that the items originally came in are not included.
The paper bits, stickers, and bags are somewhat bent and curved due to packaging.
Please expect shelf wear, dirt, dust, scuffs, marks, tears, dents, worn spots or other issues.
We have a pet free and smoke free home.
