Hello!
The Babblebrooks' New Arrival set is new in box and ready to post.  The box is sealed and has never been opened.
I am an adult collector and am parting with my extra and duplicate Sylvanian Families items.  The item is new in box.  However, there may be shelf wear, dirt, dust, scuffs, marks, tears, dents, worn spots, or other damages.  Please expect shelf wear and some deterioration due to age.

Please note that there is some dust from storage and some light marks on the plastic from storage. There are some small indentations in the plastic on the left side.
