What a wonderful school Berry Grove is! It has two levels and a staircase, an art room with paint pots, a table, bookshelf, and six stools. Downstairs there’s a busy mathematics class being prepared with six desks, and a blackboard. There is also a working clock in the clock tower, a school bell. Berry Grove is one of the largest schools from the Sylvanian Families range to date.
This set includes the Berry Grove School building, an additional floor panel, front steps, staircase, 1 table, 6 stools, 1 teacher's desk/podium, 6 student desks, 6 chairs, 6 paint palettes, 4 paint brushes, 6 mathematic workbooks (moderate wear), 1 Dictionary, 1 Fairytale Book, 2 paintbrush/pencil holder/organizers, 2 pencils, 1 pencil holder, 1 dry easer, 1 mini book shelf, 4 sketchbooks (moderate wear), 1 attendance book (very visible wear), 2 protractors, 1 ruler (bonus), 1 miniature Sylvanian dollhouse (bonus), and a free standing wooden clock. (Critters and other accessories sold separately)
Building and accessories come in good condition without box. There is moderate wear on the paper books and fading along the edges of the roof. (See photo 11). The clock tower has not been tested, although it probably just needs a fresh set of batteries.
The building measures approximately 37.8 x 35.8 x 26.4 cm, or 15 x 14 x 10 inches.
