    Top Quality Strike of US Navy pre WWI Philippine Campaign Service Medal no number,  but it is not a thick 'Studley" restrike, rather it is probably from the small US Mint 1940s contract or
    period custom purchase
    BBB strike (see scans), and
    is on a sew on slot brooch.  THERE IS A VERY SMALL SPOT ON THE OBVERSE AT TEN O CLOCK (See Scans).  This Medal is from a group of older US Medals I am listing today.
