Vintage Frosted Pressed Glass Cat Plate
Possibly
West Moreland. I cannot find the makers mark on it, but it could possibly have had a paper label at one time.
It is 7" diameter.
No chips or cracks.
As you can see from the back, it has some flaking black cold paint. An easy touch up for someone who is crafty with painting skills. The black paint could also just be washed off with warm soapy water.
This is a very old plate that my grandmother had used shoestrings on it so that it could be hung on a wall. They are still on it. They could easily be cut off if so desired.
