a vintage iconic red-sneakered Kliban Cat ceramic dinner plate, a licensed product made by Kiln Craft (Staffordshire, England.)

: Our photographs reveal the condition best -- please enlarge and zoom in on them, and examine them carefully. We often add graphics such as arrows, circles, and text boxes to our photos to point out things of interest that might be hard to see, such as a price tag or maker's mark, as well as to highlight many condition flaws. Two tiny fleabites, one possibly a manufacturer's error, on the side of the rim. Neither is visible from the top, and both are really only noticeable from the side or back while under close inspection.  Otherwise excellent, with the only signs of use being a few tiny, very light, completely colorless, scratches to the glaze, the kind that are only visible when the piece is held up to a bright source of light at just the right angle. Very clean and fresh, with no other chips, and no cracks, stains, silver/gray utensil marks, any other types of marks, or crazing.
We consider funky odors (cigarette smoke, mildew, etc) to be an important part of a condition report. Corndogcache is a 100% non-smoking environment, and we'll let you know if any of our vintage items smell like it (
